You must pay back and protect us from any harm, loss, destruction, or vandalism that results from any claim. (1) Protect the company from any claims; (2) Pay any decision reward; (3) Cover any associated legal fees and expenses.

The company disclaims responsibility for any mishap, fatality, hazardous event, injury, or holdup of any kind that affects any of its experts, representatives, showcasing staff, media personnel, or relevant experts and is caused by either the use of our site through the data received or if any party was warned of a likelihood of harms.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all losses, damages, and causes of action, including but not limited to negligence, arising from this Agreement or your use of our Site exceed the amount you have paid to Custom Boxes Wholesale for the request or demand.

Return And Refund Policy

Within three working days of receiving your order, you must tell the company if you find any printing errors or if the item is not produced as per your specifications. If there should be an instance of incorrect printing or printing that was not specified, we will reproduce your original purchase but we do not provide refunds. The administrative staff examines deformities. To receive the reprinted goods, the customers must provide the company with pictures of the damaged goods along with their payment within 7 business days. Accelerated orders also include fees that cannot be refunded.

Order, Payment, And Cancellations

On our website, we only accept USD (U.S. dollars) as payment for our goods. The same applies to how payment will be received. Once they have received the full sum of money you owe them, which includes taxes, shipping fees, etc., the company gets to work on your submitted orders. by way of a reliable payment source.

You must electronically or by postal mail provide us with the ordered goods or service in its completed form in order to place an order. Your orders are delivered to the printing department for printing once you have finalized them with us. However, no adjustments will be done once the orders are in the printing stage. After the proof has been approved, you do have a 4-hour window in which to cancel your transaction. While our designing services are provided to customers free of charge, we reserve the right to retain 30% of the manpower hours amount in the event that a customer requests a refund and cancels an order. This deduction is made to compensate for the time and effort our team has invested in the project. We believe it's important to be transparent about our refund policy, and we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the services we provide. The charges will increase the longer you wait to cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order after 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your total amount. This fee will compensate the time and materials the business wasted while processing your order. The ability to cancel beyond 24 hours is not guaranteed, though.

Design Requests

For any orders of design services, we do not provide any credits or refunds. Once a design order has been placed, it is final.

Tax On Sales Policy

If you are tax-exempt, please present your tax-exemption certificate when placing your order with us. We charge sales tax on all orders that originate in the US state of Texas.

Customers’ Files And Artwork For Design

As proof, our team of experts creates a hard copy or an electronic copy of each piece of artwork and file that website visitors submit. We need that you submit your artwork and files in CMYK format with a final resolution of at least 300 dpi. If you don't comply with this condition, we won't be responsible if the printing is blurry, fuzzy, or pixilated, and the colors shift as a result of the conversion of your files to CMYK format.

The accuracy and completeness of your artwork and files are solely your responsibility. You are also accountable for the page alignment and orientation of the files you provide. We are not responsible in any manner for any damage, loss, or erasure of your artwork file contributions. However, we will make every effort to prevent the loss of your files and artwork.

You acknowledge that all content you submit to our website either is your own or that you have taken the necessary steps to gain legal authority to use it.

Additionally, we have the right to reject any order that we deem to be illegal or to violate the rights of a third party. For all the content that will be printed and handled according to your instructions and under your full legal control, you guarantee that you are entirely responsible. We reserve the right to reject any order without warning or explanation. Please be careful not to upload any damaging, offensive, obscene, or profane content while printing the custom boxes.

Client Sample Policy

If a customer delivers a sample for us to produce (an exact match). Since the sample travels through several production steps, including die checking, paper quality checking, and color quality testing, before being sent back to the customer, it could wind up being harmed.

Testing a sample can occasionally cause little to significant harm to it in terms of colors, scratches, degradation, or hidden defects. The organization cannot ensure there won't be any harm because all of these operations are done by hand. We cannot guarantee that the sample will be returned in the same condition because our production facilities are in Asia and the United States; it may be harmed in transportation.

Proofs And Color Reliability

Please review your proof very carefully and completely before approving. For potential mistakes in duplication, spacing, structure, punctuation, bleeds, size, cropping, and the final content, you must compare it to the source file. Verify that your electronic proof doesn't show any transparency problems, overprinting, or color alterations as a result of the file's conversion to CMYK. Lamination or UV treatment may have an impact on how printed colors seem. We shall not be held liable in any way for the laminated product's final color appearance (s).

You must approve the proof for any services or printing items you request, either electronically or on paper. Orders won't be forwarded to the printing press unless you give this proof approval. Therefore, you must check the proof we demand by logging in with your registered account. Any delays brought on by our clients or website users' refusal to accept the proof are not our responsibility. Only after you have submitted the approval of proof will the turnaround time that is listed on our website begin.

The Final Approved Proof Is The Final Proof, And The Customer Is Responsible For All That Is There in

The color to be printed is created from the given artwork file, but due to the inherent constraints of the printing processes as well as the adjacent requirements for picture ink, color accuracy cannot be guaranteed. You acknowledge and accept this systemic flaw when you place an order. Although the company advises staff to deliver the closest color possible, it disclaims responsibility for color differences between expected and printed output. The technical constraints that resulted in these color adjustments will not allow for reprinting. The matching of color, ink and density on the printed items that you approved is not our responsibility. However, if you request tangible proof from the company, the company guarantees color accuracy and matching. Please be aware that if you choose another option, hard copy proof will cost you extra.

Not Responsible For Mistakes

Any mistakes in the finished product resulting from any of the following are not the responsibility of Custom Boxes Wholesale:

• Spelling, grammatical, and font errors

Overprinting mistakes

• Cropping marks, incorrect fonts, and die lines. Folds that are cracked; graphical punctuation; percolating marks; and variations in the product's final size

Overruns/Under-Runs

We often don't charge our customers any extra money and provide the precise amount of product orders along with a modest surplus. In the event of a shortfall, your bill will be greater than the amount you were given. Delivering 5% of the quantity that was ordered, in addition to or minus, is the most common commercial practice, and we adhere to it.

Speed And Agility Of Production, Delivery Of Orders, And Shipping

Our turnaround time for printing and production speed begins once you have submitted your artwork or files, evaluated them, had them accepted by our pre-press department, authorized the press-ready proof (either electronically or in hard form), and paid any dues. You have the option to select the pace of production when placing your purchase, which indicates how many business days will pass between printing your order and giving it to the shipping provider for shipment. Before 10 am Central Standard Time, we should have your acceptance of the proof.

Three production sites, one each in Texas, New Jersey, and Asia, are owned and operated by Custom Boxes Wholesale. The production team chooses the location based on the requirements of the task, available budgets, and turnaround times. However, regardless of where the production takes place, the product quality and turnaround time remain the same.

You must let us know if there are any special requirements for having your boxes printed at our facility before providing the go-ahead.

Once your order is prepared for production, CBH is not liable for any requests to change the location of the production.

Our primary focus is on printing and delivering the orders on schedule. Custom Boxes Wholesale, however, disclaims all liability for any damage or repercussion resulting from a delivery or shipping delay. You acknowledge and agree that Custom Boxes Wholesale shall not be liable for any shipping delays resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. The expedited fee will be refunded in the event of shipping company delays, inclement weather, customs problems, equipment failure during the printing process, or technical difficulties. Please take note that orders won't be canceled due to printing delays.

You agree to cover all fees and costs associated with delivering the items to their specific location. For shipments that are not delivered to us, it is the customer's responsibility to make the required arrangements for customs clearance.

We offer standard shipping to any one location per purchase inside the USA in 12–14 business days (with ground shipment taking an additional 2–3 business days), without any weight or quantity restrictions. There will be additional fees for shipping to additional locations. We disclaim all liability for any loss, delay, damage, or theft of the printed products during shipment or delivery. Additionally, we do not guarantee shipping and delivery transit timeframes. Custom Boxes Wholesale disclaims any liability for shipping-related damage. After six business days have passed since the date the package was shipped, claims for damaged or lost shipments may be made.

If you give us the wrong shipment delivery address or otherwise make mistakes while giving us the complete delivery address, we will charge you extra handling and shipping fees for reshipment.

Changes To Our Website's Terms And Conditions

We reserve the right to make any revisions to our website, including the terms and conditions, at any time and without prior notice. Any modifications made to any part of our website, including the terms and conditions, take effect right away. You will be deemed to have accepted any changes if you continue to use our site after they have been made.

Termination Of Storage

The company reserves the right to give the customer written notice thirty (15) days in advance before terminating storage and requiring the removal of the items, or any portion thereof. The customer is in charge of removing the products from the warehouse upon full payment of all charges associated with the indicated goods within the allotted time frame. If the goods are not removed in accordance with the law, the corporation may exercise its rights, including but not limited to selling the goods or recycling them.

Payment Conditions & Collection Costs

Storage and warehousing invoices are paid in full each month in advance. Unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing, the firm will send the client a monthly statement in advance, and the customer must pay the company within 15 days of the invoice date. 1.5% per month in late fees will be applied to any invoices that aren't paid within 15 days of the invoice date.
